R3 Printer Ultra is an ultra high-temperature (500°C) dual-nozzle 3D printer built for materials and applications beyond the limits of conventional systems.

A powerful actively heated chamber (150°C) and heated bed (200°C) supports ultra-performance materials like PEEK, PEKK, and PEI (Ultem) right out of the box—including carbon fiber and glass fiber-reinforced variants—without upgrades, modifications, or proprietary material lock-in.

A liquid-cooled print head enables long, uninterrupted production runs even at extreme temperatures, while Active Overheat Prevention™ constantly monitors for heat creep and other sources of jams. Fully automatic calibration and tuned material profiles virtually eliminate operator time and keep workflows efficient and predictable.
