R3 Printer is a high-performance dual-nozzle 3D printer built for production without compromise in advanced and engineering-grade materials like ASA, ABS, PC, and PA/Nylon, including carbon and glass fiber-reinforced varieties, right out of the box—without upgrades, modifications, or proprietary material lock-in.

A powerful actively-heated chamber (90°C) and heated bed (155°C) allow for large (450mm [X] x 370mm [Y] x 370mm [Z]) warp-free parts with strong layer adhesion that don’t require rafts, brims, or any post-process annealing, even with advanced materials.

A liquid-cooled print head enables long, uninterrupted production runs even at elevated chamber temperatures, while Active Overheat Prevention™ constantly monitors for heat creep and other sources of jams. Fully automatic calibration and tuned material profiles virtually eliminate operator time and keep workflows efficient and predictable.

Designed and built in the USA.

Additional Features:
Material Jam Detection, Material Runout Detection, Full Self-Monitoring & Overheat Protection, and more

Which R3 Printer is right for you?

Here's a breakdown of all the key differences between R3 Printer and R3 Printer Ultra:

R3 Printer handles the vast majority of production applications with advanced materials and reinforced polymers.

  • R3 Printer handles the vast majority of production applications with advanced materials and reinforced polymers.

R3 Printer Ultra is purpose-built for 3D printing parts that need to withstand extreme high-temperature conditions with ultra-performance materials like PEEK, PEKK and PEI/Ultem that most systems can't handle. Note: a 20-amp outlet is needed to operate R3 Printer Ultra.
