By accessing or using the R3 Printing website, or any applications (including mobile applications) made available by R3 Printing, Inc. (together, the “Service”), however accessed, you agree to be bound by these terms of use (“Terms of Use”). The Service is owned or controlled by R3 Printing, Inc. (“R3 Printing”). These Terms of Use affect your legal rights and obligations. If you do not agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Use, do not access or use the Service.
Agreement Between User and R3 Printing, Inc.
R3 Printing’s website is comprised of various webpages operated by R3 Printing.

R3 Printing has no obligation to monitor the Communication Services. However, R3 Printing reserves the right to review materials posted to a Communication Service and to remove any materials in its sole discretion. R3 Printing reserves the right to terminate your access to any or all of the Communication Services at any time without notice for any reason whatsoever.
R3 Printing reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in R3 Printing's sole discretion.
Always use caution when giving out any personally identifying information about yourself or your children in any Communication Service. R3 Printing does not control or endorse the content, messages or information found in any Communication Service and, therefore, R3 Printing specifically disclaims any liability with regard to the Communication Services and any actions resulting from your participation in any Communication Service. Managers and hosts are not authorized R3 Printing spokespersons, and their views do not necessarily reflect those of R3 Printing.
Materials uploaded to a Communication Service may be subject to posted limitations on usage, reproduction and/or dissemination. You are responsible for adhering to such limitations if you download the materials.
Materials Provided to R3 Printing or Posted on Any R3 Printing Website

The information, software, products, and services included in or available through the R3 Printing website may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. Changes are periodically added to the information herein. R3 Printing and/or its suppliers may make improvements and/or changes to the R3 Printing website at any time. You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and R3 Printing as a result of this agreement or use of the R3 Printing website. It is the express wish to the parties that this agreement and all related documents be drawn up in English.
